Q: What kind of motors you can provide?

A:we mainly provide low power dc gear motors , gearbox diameter range from 12mm-52mm
 
Include round spur dc gear motor,flat dc gear motor,dc worm gear motor, planetary dc gear motor,brushless dc gear motor, shaded pole gear motor,dc motor with encoder,dc gear motor with encoder etc.
 
the gear motor output speed range from 0.1rpm to 2000rpm, torque range from 0.01kg.cm to 600kg.cm,output power 0.1-50W.
 
Q: If your dc motor/gear motor can be customized?
A: Yes, gear motor, dc motor.gearbox,output shaft etc.can be customized. We can modify the motor's working voltage,rated speed, gear ratio, torque etc, and gearbox's shaft dimension and shape can be modified too. We are pleased to make those modifications, and we have enough experience on these.
 
Q: Before I place sample order, what should I offer?
A: Normally we need to know the Nominal Voltage, No-load Speed, On-load Speed,On-load Torque, rotation direction, Shaft diameter and Length Use conditons(duty cycles and load status),or any issues of the motors you ever tested before.
 
 If there is other special requirement, please let us know in advance,such as working current limits,EMC limits,noise lifetime and shaft process(D-shape, multy-knurls,mounting holes etc).
 
Q: Can I get some samples? And delivery time?
A: Sure, Please note all our dc or gear motors samples are charged, all our motors are made according to different requirements and price will be higher than bulk orders, no stocks, generally speaking,delivery time will be 5-10 working days, if customized types the time will be around 20 working days
 
Q: What's payment terms you can accept?
A: for sample order, we accept Paypal,Western Union and T/T. large orders by TT 
 
Q: What is shipping method?
A: For samples, generally we use the express, like DHL, FedEx, UPS,TNT etc. For big cargos, it is ok to ship via sea or air cargo, generally we accept EX-WORK FOB, CIF.
 
Q: Is there a MOQ for your dc/gear motors? 
A: Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after motor sample approval. 
 
Q: What is the delivery time for large orders?
A.Normal status,delivery time is 25-35 working days, for special customized requirements,we need to confirm further..
 
Q: Is it possible to visit your factory?  
A:Sure.you are welcome, please kindly keep us informed a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available then.
